A stunning Spa in the Heart of Cornwall now has an opening for an experienced Spa Manager to manage and further develop this fantastic state of art Spa.

Overlooking the most beautiful views of Cornwall you have the perfect opportunity to create a relaxing environment and wellbeing experience.

We are looking for a Spa Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional 5-star service and can lead a team to deliver the best treatments and guest experiences.

Qualifications / Skills & Experience:

*NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent, ideally you would of been a Therapist previously.
*Previous/current experience in a Managerial role, this is essential
*Knowledgeable in Spa, Spa treatments and guest journey
*Can manage, motivate and lead a team and can encourage personal progression.
*Dedicated to delivering 5 Star experiences to both guests and day visitors to the Spa.
*You will be highly attentive with strong communication skills and be confident building relationships.
*Have passion and drive for the industry and will thrive in this type of position
*Good business acumen as you will be dealing with budgets and reporting on the Spas financial performance.

*Basic salary: Up to £32,000
