About the role:

As part of the UK HRSS Project Team, this position is responsible for delivering HRSS Project activity supporting the HRSS operation in key areas of growth, efficiency and service development. Implementing change management at pace whilst maintaining governance throughout, minimising impact to the HRSS Operations Teams and ensuring the impact of change is fully identified, understood and communicated to aid delivery.

Working alongside other HRSS team members in ASDA and Global Shared Services, the key measure of this role will be the successful implementation of Project activity whilst putting the customer at the heart of all change initiatives.

What you’ll be responsible for:Being an ambassador of Customer Service and Change GovernanceSupport Project Managers in tracking governance through regular forums/meetingsThorough scoping at the start of all projects to identify the objectives and key outputs expected from the changeDetailed requirements capture and reviews to ensure the change delivered and any outputs meet the expectations of the Project SponsorCompleting change impact assessments to ensure the needs of the customer and HRSS operations are fully considered and met when delivering new initiatives Assist in the identification and resolution of issues related to the implementation of the Projects being deliveredParticipate and run workshop sessions including notetaking, recording actions and distributing follow up communicationsEnsure all process change/new process implementation is supported by the relevant documentation including clear process maps, internal process guidance and customer guidance materialWorking with the Senior Leadership Team to understand expected timelines and priorities of all work. Regularly updating the relevant support teams to maintain and adapt plans where necessaryDrive engagement across HR Shared Services with innovation, idea generation and service improvement
About you:Proven track record in change deliveryConfident in working through uncertainty to reach the best decision/output and identify how to move forwardA clear communicator, with the ability to take complex messages and explain them simplyInnovative mind-set Exceptional stakeholder management skills Experience working in HR Shared Services
