Food sales are 35% of sales mix so an experienced and passionate food person is required. 1 bar, 2 trading areas, lounge, 85 covers bar and restaurant, toilets, trade kitchen, basement/ground floor cellar, prep room, storeroom. The condition of the trade accommodation is very good. External: Garden, patio and numerous outbuildings
