Grosvenor Casino, Southend is currently looking for chefs to join the team on a full - time basis.

We have partnered with chicken shack specialists 'Absurd Bird’ to offer soul-warming comfort food from the American South, freshly cooked authentic Italian stone baked pizzas from 'Barrel & Stone’.

What you’ll be doing:

• Day to day delivery of multiple offers through brand partners & home delivery
• Delivering the branded food in casino for customers & VIPs
• Working in conjunction with management to ensure that all food safety polices are adhered to.
• Daily purchasing
• You will be fully familiar with all current promotions, ensuring that the customer is able to make the most of their visit and work well under pressure

What we’re looking for:

• Branded food menu background experience preferred
• Previous experience in a chef role
• A great attitude; As a business, we’re all about the Customer Experience, so want to ensure that all of our team members are as passionate about our business as we are.
