I am looking for a Head Chef for a Fresh Food Restaurant/Pub in Warwickshire. Situated in this idyllic location serving seasonal and local ingredients, the new Head Chef for this role will have autonomy over the menu, keeping in line with their classic style. You would be creative using seasonality and only the freshest ingredients in this Warwickshire venue.

The Head Chef given the opportunity to work here, would lead a small team of 3 chefs and a kitchen porter, working 5 out of 7 days. This Warwickshire pub/restaurant is closed on Saturday lunchtimes, Sunday evenings & all day on Monday, so these would be your days off.

This role would suit you if;

• You have some experience of leading a small team as either a Head Chef or Sous
• You can be creative when producing new seasonal menus
• You have a real passion for fresh food
• You have a good knowledge of allergens and compliancy
• You can drive - This venue is fairly remote, so having some form of transport would be useful!
