Restaurant Supervisor - Moor Hall Hotel & Spa, Sutton Coldfield
Moor Hall Hotel is a four-star, country house hotel with 83 bedrooms, two restaurants including a 2AA Rosette restaurant, a bar & terrace, conference facilities for up to 250 and its own Leisure Club & Spa situated north of Birmingham, on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage Team.
As Restaurant Supervisor you will be working in our Country Kitchen, carvery-style restaurant which is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to work. You will be able to lead a team by example and motivate people to exceed our customer expectations and improve our sales. A professional approach and warm welcoming personality is essential to develop relationships with our loyal customers and broaden our customer base. You will have experience of working in a similar hotel environment along with a qualification in food safety.
This is a full time position working shifts to include evenings and weekends.
