The Conference and Banqueting Events Manager role:

The successful candidate will be energetic, passionate and ambitious with an extensive knowledge of C&B Operations. Reporting to the Conference & Banqueting Manager, the Banqueting Events Manager will be assisting with the smooth running of the department on a day to day basis assisting in the setting up of all meeting rooms for functions and liaising with conference organisers/contacts as required during meetings and events. Conference & Banqueting Events Manager will ensure that high standards are consistently maintained and procedures are followed.

The Conference and Banqueting Events Manager will:

  • Have a proven operational events management experience within a similar property.
  • Have experience in dealing with events up to 300 people.
  • Have experience in managing multiple events.
  • Have experience managing large teams.
  • Have a wide ranging food & wine knowledge.
  • Have excellent organisational skills.
  • Be driven, with a willingness to succeed.
