The Conference and Banqueting Events Manager role: The successful candidate will be energetic, passionate and ambitious with an extensive knowledge of C&B Operations. Reporting to the Conference & Banqueting Manager, the Banqueting Events Manager will be assisting with the smooth running of the department on a day to day basis assisting in the setting up of all meeting rooms for functions and liaising with conference organisers/contacts as required during meetings and events. - Have a proven operational events management experience within a similar property.
- Have experience in dealing with events up to 300 people.
- Have experience in managing multiple events.
- Have experience managing large teams.
- Have a wide ranging food & wine knowledge.
- Have excellent organisational skills.
- Be driven, with a willingness to succeed.
