Duty Manager – Stoke Mandeville

Hours: Full Time 40 hours per week

Stoke Mandeville are looking for a Duty Manager for the Leisure Division.

As a Duty Manager, your role will be to manage the facility through the hours of operation and ensure all activities are delivered to a high standard with safety as the first priority.

This will be a varied role which will include a high level of customer interaction plus the deployment and supervision of the operational team. You will also maintain critical operational cover across the site.

On a day to day basis, some of your duties will include the following:

• Day to day operations such as opening and closing
• Dealing with customer care issues
• Ensure all facilities are adequately maintained
• Managing the leisure assistants, receptionists and cleaners
• Ensuring all financial procedures are correctly followed

It is essential any candidates have good communication skills as well as provide excellent services to leisure facilities.

Although not essential, having an NPLQ Qualification and/or a First Aid at work qualification would be beneficial.
