About the Pub -

The Heron is a large Hungry Horse pub split with an over 18's bar and a large dining area. In the summer the outside area to the front of the pub gets very busy as well! The pub is 50:50 split therefore we are looking for an Assistant Manager who can manage both liquor trade and food.

The successful candidate will be extremely customer and team focused, helping deliver excellent service standards so that our sales continue to grow. Our commitment will be that we will help you develop into the best manager you can be providing day to day coaching, apprenticeships and the ability to go on plenty of courses which are designed to help you develop further within the industry.
