Food and Beverage Supervisor Oxford College

Are you looking for a new role as a Food and Beverage Supervisor? Would you like to work in an Oxford College? The Food and Beverage Supervisor role I am recruiting for is available for an immediate start. This lovely Oxford college is set in the heart of the City Centre. As Food and Beverage Supervisor working a 40-hour week, you would be expected to work in any area of the F&B operation; bar, hall, Senior Common Room, café & pizza bar.

What will you be doing?

You will be assisting the Steward in the organisation and supervision of all catering services, providing the highest levels of service in all areas.

Some of your duties will include;

• Supervising all meal-times

• Assisting with events including refreshment breaks, drinks receptions and al fresco dining throughout the college.

• Opening and closing the bar and cafes at agreed times

• Laying tables, planning table assignments, preparing and setting up for meal service
• Supervising casual staff

• Maintain good stock control practice

The ideal candidate would have;

• At least a years' commercial supervisory experience within a similar establishment.
• A minimum of 1 years' banqueting supervision
• Some experience of working in a bar
• Good communication skills
