CUSTOMER

  • Being an energetic ambassador for our brand and the values it represents
  • Remaining customer centric at all times, leading by example and ensuring levels of service continuously exceed customer’s expectations resulting in NPS scores of over 80%.  Handling and preventing customer complaints
  • Developing and leading store associates to be confident and proactive in sales execution, customer service, cost control and commercial awareness with an ability to analyse and take corrective measures

 

FINANCE

  • Identify and maximise all opportunities to drive sales in every store
  • Manage all costs within budget at store and area level
  • Planning and organising effectively to ensure payroll budgets are adhered to and staff deployment targets are achieved
  • Full P&L; analysing and taking appropriate actions to minimise loss and maximise profits

 

STANDARDS & QUALITY

  • Maximise on shelf availability through stock management disciplines in store
  • Ensuring all stores and associates adhere to Company policies and deliver excellent operating standards and safe working environment
  • Executing all Company marketing and promotional plans and programs, ensuring precise and timely set-up and excellent execution across the area

Ensuring your team are trained in the appropriate level of product and sales knowledgeYou are responsible for achieving Company objectives and executing initiatives and procedures to ensure complete compliance and achievement in the areas of store financial results, world class customer service, operations, marketing, people and associate training and development. With effective communications you confidently provide leadership and direction essential for the engagement of approximately 100 associates and the success of 20-25 stores and an average area turnover of £265k per week
