This large hotel boasts 402 bedrooms & 14 conferencing suites, catering for between 4 to 850 delegates. The hotel is popular for a variation of event and our facilities are available for wedding receptions. The Adelphi houses a range of in-house restaurants and bars, offering a wide choice of dining options throughout the day and evening. Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a Full Time Restaurant Supervisors to join our team.  

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be required to;

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in the day to day operation of the Restaurant.
• Ensure that all employees are trained in accordance with the Restaurants SOP and that all appropriate records are maintained.
• Ensure that all standards of performance within the Restaurant/Room Service are maintained.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection of employees for the Restaurant in accordance with Company Procedures.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively towards deadlines. You will be confident in supervising a team of food and beverage attendants ensuring the team continue to provide a high-quality service.
