The Basingstoke Country Hotel is a 100 bedroom-hotel that boasts a stylish Brasserie, offering casual dining and food for the whole family as well as providing traditional afternoon tea. The Hotel has 5 conference rooms catering for between 25 to 240 delegates providing for various events and wedding functions.

We are looking for Restaurant & Bar Supervisor who wants to move forward in their career. You will be required to ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service to ensure customer satisfaction. You will recruit, train and develop food and beverage staff in line with current and future business requirements. You will ensure that Health, Safety and Hygiene procedures are maintained to company standards.

You will communicate effectively with other managers, staff and guests. The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service.
