Due to Pontins’ continued investment and growth, we are looking for an experienced Catering Manager to head up the entire catering operation at Southport Holiday Park. At Pontins, we work in an exciting, fast-paced environment, ensuring that our holiday homes are presented to the highest quality to create the 'home from home' experience our guests have grown to expect.

The role as the Catering Manager is to attract and recruit the very best team members, ensuring effective resourcing always. You will be responsible for the training and coaching of team members, ensuring that staff are consistently reviewed and motivated to achieve impeccable service.

The successful candidate needs to have some management experience and a holiday park background would be desirable but not essential. You will be organised, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively towards deadlines.
