Assistant Head of Sales and Events, All Star Lanes - London

We also have a dedicated events team on hand to organise events in our private event spaces. Whether it be a birthday, corporate party or a boardroom our team are happy to assist.
We’re looking for an Assistant Head of Sales and Events to manage a team who deliver on private room, full venue hire and main hall exclusive sales for all our London and North venues whilst supporting the Head of Sales and Events. You’ll be able to maintain engagement and a great working atmosphere for our Event Managers to ensure they are performing to their best ability all times, whilst providing guidance and training.
What skills do I need?
- Extensive knowledge of the planning and execution of all events Previous experience managing and guiding a team To be great with figures and target-driven Exceptional customer service skills when dealing with clients queries and customer complaints Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to produce accurate reports on the teams activity and performance Previous experience using a CRM system
