Receptionists and Night Receptionist who can work with us here and welcome our guests like they are part of your extended family.

You need to have a FUN PERSONALITY, show RESPECT for our guests and your colleagues, display great TEAMWORK & EFFORT to ensure all our guests are given a great experience.

You must also be great at working in an organised way and be able to adapt to people of different cultures and backgrounds.

We love people with a passion for travel, people and our great city of Birmingham. We encourage you to talk a lot!!

Full time: 5 shifts over 5 days with two consecutive days off a week. 40 hours.

Shifts are either 7.30am - 3.30pm or 3pm - 11pm. Night shift is 11pm-7.30am. Days will vary and work on a rota basis.

The position will involve evening and weekend work.

What you need for the role

Customer service skills

Fast learner

Previous experience with dealing with clients

Ability to work under pressure

Ability in solving problems

Experience working as receptionist in a hotel or hostel

English language required

Responsibilities and Duties:

Providing AWESOME customer service

Checking in/out guests

Dealing with telephone and email queries
