Activator (Membership Sales Consultant) - Stratford-upon-Avon

Competitive salary + OTE £28K uncapped

Full and Part time permanent contracts available.

Active Nation are on the hunt for new Membership Sales Executives (Activators) to join our team, based at our head office in Stratford Upon Avon. The role will be focused on promoting our fantastic Atmosphere Trampoline Park in Basingstoke.

• Can you inspire, encourage and motivate others to visit and join our park?

We are looking for a passionate, driven individuals who can enthuse and engage with our customers over the phone and via email, creating a positive impression of our park. Since opening in July 2018, Atmosphere has gone from strength to strength. From September 2018 participation is up by 117%, party bookings have increased by 269% and retail and café sales up 75%. To top that, our Customer NPS score is currently a brilliant 98%! Over the next 12 months we certainly won’t be taking our foot off the gas and new Activator roles will be instrumental in our continued growth.

You will be responsible for:

• Generating leads via the phone and email.
• Following up and converting all enquiries and leads via the phone and email.
• Promotion and sale of Birthday Parties,  Adult Corporate Events and Youth Group visits

We would like you to be here when we are busiest, so being able to work a variety of day, early evening and weekend shifts is preferable but not essential.
