The Culture & Office Manager (aka Chief Happiness Officer) will have the responsibility of making sure our London HQ runs smoothly and always full of energy!

What you will be doing:
- Implement and in charge to build and maintain the Selina Experience & Culture
- Support & manage the implementation of the Selina employee experience throughout their lifecycle.
- Responsible for building, enhancing and maintaining an authentic, educational, playful & accepting culture.
- Plan, manage and oversee culture activations (events, programming, etc) that will support our Blueprint.
- Analyse VOE (Voice of Employee, aka culture surveys) data´s, and take corrective initiatives in line with our Blueprint.
- Overseeing maintenance in common areas and offices.
- Training and orientation of new maintenance staff.
- Ordering cleaning, kitchen and office supplies.
- Managing inventory in all HQ supplies.
- Budget management for all HQ supplies.
- Request all HQ supplies monthly or when is needed.
- Managed Payment request forms for all suppliers.
- Guide and coordinate activities with culture ambassadors from each department
- In charge of HQ communication, logistics, suppliers, and more.
- In charge of the facilities and maintenance of the building
- Coordinate with the team every fifteen days a deep cleaning in the whole building (cleaning lamps, playground walls and windows, fans, vacuum rugs, chairs and corners of the offices, cleaning all desks, etc.).
- Guide and motivate all HQ staff to participate in our Selina Gives Back activities inside/outside the HQ.
- The central point of communication between all HQ Office & Team departments.
- Sourcing, managing, and obtaining contractors such as water pump, maintenance, fire systems, air conditioning, etc.
- Is the contact for the alarm functioning and monitoring.
- In charge of overall safety, belonging and mattering of all London HQ team member
Requirements
- English Written and Speaking – High Level
- Is a true meaningful & authentic connector
- Genuinely caring person - Friendly, people person, focused on the goals & KPIs
- Loves to be creative
- Likes to share his / her knowledge, passion, energy and experiences with others.
- Has experience in administration, logistics, office management.
- MS office knowledge.
- Cope with a high pressure / start up environment
- Great communication skills
- Highly organised, takes initiative and is super proactive
