Overview

Due to sustained business growth, Elite hotels are seeking to add to their projects team, assisting with their ambitious development plans across the Group. Experienced in working with contractors and tradespeople, you are able to manage multiple priorities to ensure works are completed in a timely fashion and within agreed parameters. You will have previously worked in a projects role, ideally within a hospitality setting and have strong administration skills. This role may suit an administrator within a projects or planning office. You are also able to demonstrate experience within construction; engineering, facilities management or similar.

Key skills

  • Previous project management experience
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • High level of organisational skills, able to manage own workload effectively
  • Self starter with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to cope with demanding and challenging situations, whilst maintaining professionalism
  • Familiar with MS office and Project Management software packages
  • Discretion and confidentiality around project information
Based at Head Office in Ashdown Park, this role will involve occasional travel to other hotel sites. Own transport essential.
