Spa Duty/ Retail Manager – Herb House Spa, Lime Wood, Lyndhurst, Hampshire.

We are currently looking for a customer focused and friendly Retail Duty Manager to join our Spa team.

Herb House Spa is located within the ground of Lime Wood - a boutique country house set in the heart of the New Forest National Park, Lyndhurst, Hampshire.

At Herb House Spa, we are dedicated to natural well-being and inspired by our forest surroundings.

As Retail Duty Manager your will supervise and train the Spa Reception Team in the day to day operation of the reception and shop. With the emphasis of controlling the budgeting, purchasing, merchandising, forecasting, and stock control of the shop. You will strive to increased sales and profitability by developing and motivating the team. As Retail Duty Manager you will need to example your friendly, knowledgeable and confidential style of service to VIP guests and Spa Members. Our Retail Duty Manager will need to provide detailed retail reports at departmental meetings and work closely alongside our housekeeping team by encouraging high standards of cleanliness throughout the Spa.

We are seeking for a reliable and passionate Retail Duty Manager whom has a customer focused background, beneficially within Retail or the health & beauty industry. The flexibility to cover weekday and some weekend shifts will be required.
