The Receptionist Role

As Receptionist, part of the Front of House team you will provide a warm welcome and a fond farewell to our guests. You will deliver an intuitive service to personalise the guest experience, along with providing information regarding the hotel, York and our surrounding areas. You will be part of the guest journey from the beginning with a seamless check in, on hand to assist with request and fond farewell as our guests depart.
