About the Department

The role of the VP of Business Development in Europe will be to create and maintain relationships with potential partners for Selina, with a key initial focus on providers of this type of capital. You will create and pitch creative deal structures to potential partners across the region and will oversee the deal processes through to execution.

Responsibilities

    Develop and grow Selina's business across all of Europe. This includes deal sourcing/origination, closing, acquiring, leasing, funding and continuous asset management Manage a team of BD Directors, one in each country/sub-region, and support the execution of their growth goals Pursue new business opportunities including strategic and financial partnerships with investors across Europe Responsible for providing weekly summary updates to CBDO and VP of BD (Product) on bed space goals vs actual (quantity), key metrics for bed spaces signed (quality), advanced pipeline and related open negotiation points, and pending task in properties under development.Final review of IC memos, term sheets, and contractsVP of BD will be responsible for managing a budget in order to achieve its goals. He/she will be measured by the total amount of new revenue generated by Selina in his/her region as a result of new property openings, whilst staying within the given budget
