Head Trainer F45 - Milton Keynes

We are looking for a passionate Head Trainer to lead the classes at F45 Milton Keynes - a brand new, 5,000 sq ft training facility in Milton Keynes opening in September 2019. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who is excited by the idea of launching, growing and running a high-quality, boutique studio from the ground up.

F45 Training is the fastest-growing fitness concept in the world, with over 1200 studios globally and 42 different countries. We combine functional and high intensity interval training to create unique cardio and resistance based workouts in a circuit style format. No two workouts are the same and with 30+ different training systems, 4000 exercises and up to 36 people in a class, you need to know your stuff! There are two instructors in every class and the integration with technology in the F45 model means your role as a trainer is to provide personal training to members in the class, rather than lead the class itself.

As Head Trainer, your primary role is to provide exceptionally high quality classes for our members, including running 15-20 hours of classes yourself each week. You will then manage a team of 3-6 trainers, coach them up to your high standards and manage the rota and their ongoing training requirements. You will also be responsible to all equipment, music, training floor cleanliness. You will be incentivised on your ability to convert and retain members so your interpersonal skills are essential.

Pre-requisites of any applicant:

  • A passion for training individuals of all fitness levels
  • A bright, bubbly and welcoming personality - a true 'people person'
  • Experience in leading group fitness classes
  • Punctual, organised with very high standards
  • Confident and energetic when presenting in front of large groups
  • High levels of fitness knowledge and qualifications
  • Able to coach and manage a team of trainers
  • Be in great physical condition
  • Level 3 Gym Instructor Qualification (or international equivalent or higher qualification)
  • Personal Insurance – this needs to be completed before starting

Desirable qualities/experience of any applicant (but not essential):

  • F45 experience as a trainer or having taken part in classes
  • First Aid Qualifications

Classes will run in the early mornings, lunchtimes and evenings, 7 days per week so leaving locally and having flexibility will be essential.
