Hospitality Recruitment Advisor - Fixed Term - Prezzo - Human Resource

We’re seeking to hire an experienced recruiter within the hospitality industry to help support and develop our hiring strategy and play an integral part in ensuring we remain an employer of choice within the casual dining industry.

We want to speak with people who have passion for recruitment and delivering the best possible results in a fast paced and competitive environment. This is a fixed term role, likely to last between 3 and 4 months.


What you’ll demonstrate:
• A proven track record of recruiting within the hospitality industry is ideal
• A driven attitude and sense of urgency to ensure the best possible results
• The ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and vacancies at once
• Articulate and engaging communication skills to represent our brand in the best way
• The ability to build effective working relationships across the business and at all levels
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• The ability to source candidates directly via social media, job boards and other sources
• A good understanding of desirable standards within the restaurant industry
• The ability to listen and learn to truly understand stakeholder requirements
• Practical working knowledge of Harri would be ideal but previous use of an ATS is essential


What you’ll be doing:
• Managing the end to end recruitment cycle for restaurant vacancies across the UK
• Liaising with senior stakeholders to ensure full knowledge of their current requirements, challenges and future recruitment needs
• Screening applicants in a timely manner to ensure we deliver an excellent candidate experience
• Working towards a range of KPIs and recruitment metrics
• Ensuring the business hires in a proactive manner through direct sourcing, networking and candidate pipelining
• Assisting with large scale projects relevant to recruitment, attraction and retention
• Delivering recruitment information to the business via a range of presentations and reports
