Active Communities Manager across the Solihull contract

Everyone Active is currently seeking a high calibre positive, supportive, inclusive and progressive individual. You will also need to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.

• Actively promote activity, healthy lifestyles and the Everyone Active brand across the community
• Commercially drive the income of sport and activity codes
• Support and develop activity programmes, coached sessions for adults and children, birthday parties, and holiday activity schemes
• Seek and apply for funding on a local scale
• Work with local partners to deliver the outcomes of Corporate and Partner strategic plans 

The role requires:

• You to have experience of successfully managing and developing activity products and services within the Leisure Sector
• You to create and deliver a strategic plan for the delivery of sport and physical activity for the  Solihull Contract
• Work with the Contract Manager on budgets, business planning, and creating commercial initiatives
• Monitoring and reviewing performance against the budget and business plan
• Managing, reviewing, and supporting a team of activity coordinators on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Conducting business meetings, presenting, and leading conference calls
• You to work closely with National Governing Bodies to deliver both participant and coach pathways
• Work with multi-agency partnerships with sports and other organisations
• Successfully seek funding
• You to train and develop an established cohort of activity coaches
