Duty Manager - The Hertfordshire Golf & Country Club

We are looking for a positive individual with a great attention to detail.  Under the guidance of the General Manager you will control the general operation of the Club facilities during your shift.  This role is extremely hands on and no day is ever the same.  Tasks will range from dealing with member queries, health and safety issues and procedures, club standards and much more.  You will play a key role to ensure that every member, guest and visitor has a positive experience during their visit.

Previous leisure supervisory/management experience is ideal and you’ll be comfortable with working shifts and weekends. This position will provide the right candidate with the stepping stone into senior management in a club or resort environment. Enthusiasm, passion and a fun personality are essential.
