We are looking for a senior chef to head up a recently opened kitchen in conjunction with the General Manager. This new pub/restaurant is set in the beautiful countryside of Berkshire. Your role as Senior Chef would be to develop and maintain their reputation as a destination pub offering fresh and seasonal produce with the emphasis being on fresh fish dishes.

The perfect Senior Chef for this pub/restaurant would have the enthusiasm and drive to succeed as a Senior Chef and this enthusiasm will be justly rewarded. The Senior Chef would be working closely with the General Manager to develop & create fresh seasonal menus. With new appliances in the kitchen and plans to further extend in size and offering, this role is perfect for a senior chef looking to progress with a team of motivated people to maintain high standards, consistency and due diligence.

As senior chef here, you would be responsible for the daily management of the kitchen; working 5 out of 7 days per week.
