Head Chef

Salary: £19,000 - £21,000

Summary

We are looking to recruit a Head Chef at Grosvenor Hall centre, in Ashford, Kent. The right person will support the smooth running of Catering services and standards that drives Centre’s delivery and achievement of the highest levels of guest satisfaction and will ensure achievement of costs in line with budgets. 

About you

The successful candidate will have previous experience in working in a kitchen, providing meals for large numbers and have a positive attitude and commitment to providing nutritious meals. They will also have the ability to form positive relationships with colleagues and good communication skills. A key part of the role will include being accountable for the implementation and auditing of all Catering SOPs in respect of current safety and food hygiene legislation (H&S, HACCP, COSHH)) in order to provide a safe environment for guests and colleagues, so knowledge of these areas would be preferable. A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be advantageous.
