We are currently looking for a passionate and customer focused Senior Receptionist to join our team.

As a Senior Receptionist you will likely be the first and last person many of our guests will see. We are looking for people who love to make guests smile everyday with high standards and great attention to detail. You will need to be experienced in a similar role ideally in a hotel environment. You will be leading the team in absence of the Reception Manager and ensuring all team members are trained and fully supported in their roles.

A knowledge of Opera or similar systems is highly desirable. However, if you have the right attitude and the desire to succeed we???d love to hear from you as full training will be provided.
