Sales Manager - London

We’re looking for a sales gun who is money driven and keen to help people change their lives through world class training and nutrition. The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales setting within the fitness industry selling memberships or transformation challenges.

Roles:

  • Meets with all prospects in person to close sales for front end offers/challenges
  • Meets with all prospects currently in a trial or challenge to close them on a membership
  • Closes phone sales for any marketing promotions that require phone sales externally or internally
  • Must set appointments when not meeting with appointments

Requirements:

  • Must genuinely care about the prospects and feel comfortable walking them to the right decision
  • Must be curious and ask questions
  • Must not be afraid to pick up the phone to call lots of fresh leads
  • Must be comfortable closing
  • Must have an interest in health and fitness and train at the studio at least 3 times per week (free membership is included)
  • Must be comfortable with the offers we provide prospects
  • Must be consistent week in week out with calling leads
  • Must be a closer

Responsibilities:

Beginning of Day

  • Confirm all same day appts
  • Call leads to schedule further appointments
  • Reply to Texts and Voicemails to increase show rate
  • Must set appts to meet with existing promo members to close memberships

Middle of Day

  • Must meet with leads and sell challenges, memberships or any other offers we run from time to time

End of Day:

  • Update Lead List by end of everyday
  • Make sure all sales are correctly entered and billed on the spot whenever possible
  • Report end of day stats to Operations Manager via text or call

Results:

  • Internal metrics are provided for expected performance
  • % of leads that have scheduled a consultation
  • % of leads that showed for consultation
  • % of leads you sold an offer to

Qualifications aren't important but good references and demonstrated commercial acumen required.
