Conference & Banqueting Supervisor - Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, friendly team working within a 5* hotel environment. The Conference & Banqueting Supervisor will be required to work 40 hrs per week including weekends/Bank Holidays and will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and customer care are maintained regarding all aspects of the Conference and Banqueting Department. Supporting the C&B Manager, the Conference & Banqueting Supervisor will be assisting in the setting up of all meeting rooms for functions and liaising with conference organisers/contacts as required during meetings and events. As Conference & Banqueting Supervisor you will ensure that high standards are consistently maintained and we provide an exceptional experience for our guests. Attributes/Experience
You will have supervisory experience within a Conference & Banqueting or Food & Beverage environment.
Excellent customer service experience and attention to detail is a must. Strong leadership skills strong time management and organisational skills About the Hotel
