Watersports and Recreation Supervisor/Assistant - Fritton

Fritton Lake Resort is a private resort set within a pioneering thousand acre re-wilding project where adventurous play, wild swimming, robust activities and great food exist in perfect harmony with a naturalistic grazing system set up to enrich the bio-diversity around Fritton Lake and the wider Somerleyton Estate.

The Watersports and Recreation Leader will be responsible for the professional, effective and efficient management of the day to day running of the all sporting activities. Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:-

• Lead all sporting activities including watersports, tennis etc.
• Management of all sporting equipment and facilities.
• Provide information to guests about available facilities, activities, lessons and equipment.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.

Attributes required

• Certified swimmer.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
