It is our job to provide an inspirational sports and fitness environment for athletes of all ages and abilities from beginners to elite athletes and from recreational to competitive. Our international standard £30 million Sports Training Village is backed by a centre of expertise in physiotherapy, sport science and athlete development.

Do you have a lifeguarding qualification (or be willing to obtain it), good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of a team?

Working with the Shift Managers and Sports Supervisors in setting up indoor and outdoor activities and events, your main responsibilities will consist of lifeguarding, operation and maintenance of the sports facilities and associated areas, and security, cleanliness, health & safety and emergency procedures.

In return for your commitment, we offer a range of great benefits. You will be able to take advantage of discounted access to all the facilities at the Sports Training Village. We also offer a competitive rate of pay, a great pension scheme, tax and national insurance savings through salary exchange schemes (on nursery care, cycle-to-work and fitness schemes) and up to 25 days annual leave per year.

Appointments will be made subject to an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) clearance being obtained.
