Spa & Leisure Manager - Warwickshire

Up to £27,000 per annum depending on experience, plus commission and bonus. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an up and coming manager who is keen to develop their knowledge and experience as a Spa & Leisure Manager in a busy hotel based health club.

The facility offers a luxurious pool area, steam room, sauna and a busy spa as well as an extensive gym space.

Your main focus will be to drive the spa business whilst ensuring the operations run smoothly providing exceptional customer care for all the users including hotel guests and members. 

Experience of operations in a similar position would be an advantage and ideally you will hold a beauty qualification as well as pool plant qualification and emergency pool responder award. 

These could be provided for the right candidate. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate and manage a team of beauty therapists and leisure staff.

You will be excepted to complete shifts and weekend work at times to fit to the business needs so a degree of flexibility is needed.
