Step up and make your mark at award winning Ragdale Hall, one of the UK’s most prestigious and luxurious destination spas.

We are looking for a new Executive Head Chef to lead and inspire our 23 strong team of Chefs, across 3 kitchens, to maintain our exceptional standard of food, keeping us ahead of the game in innovation and taste.

Serving 250 buffet lunches and 200 table d’hote dinners every day along with additional snacks and healthy gastro-style meals in our Verandah Bar we require a talented chef who is capable of producing high quality food on a consistent basis.

You should have exceptional kitchen management skills and be creative with a desire to push the boundaries of healthy cuisine.  As a natural leader you’ll be keen to develop the team alongside the food offer.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 10 years previous experience in a 4 or 5 star high volume establishment
• A proven track record in managing all aspects of a kitchen budget
• The ability to drive standards and develop menus in accordance with current trends
• A solid understanding of the principles of healthy eating
• The skill to inspire and lead a team in excess of 40 staff
