We are currently recruiting for experienced Food and beverage professionals to join our highly successful team in the Victoria Lounge & Bar at The Grand Hotel, Brighton.

In the opulently designed Victoria Terrace, Lounge and Bar, guests can enjoy a mid-morning coffee, a show stopping cocktail with friends, light lunches or the famously indulgent Traditional Afternoon Tea. To complement the re-design, The Grand also serves a new street food inspired menu, served on the Terrace.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar or a similar high quality food and beverage environment.
