Chef De Partie – Lilleshall National Sports & Conferencing Centre

Lilleshall, Shropshire

Full Time 39 Hours per week

Many of the sports facilities are open to the local community and the Centre also provides a fabulous setting for Weddings, Conferences, Team Building events and other Celebrations.

 

At Lilleshall Hall National Sports and Conferencing Centre we are looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to join the team on a full time basis working 39 Hours per week. Within the 39 hour contract we would require you to work evenings, lates and weekends typical shift examples could include 06:00am-14:00pm, 07:00am-15:00pm or 11:30am-20:30pm.

 

Reporting in to the Executive Chef you will be responsible for delivering the catering operation in the dining room space to high standard set by the organisation.

 

Within the role as Chef De Partie there are certain activities that you will be accountable for including Customer service, cleaning, food handling/preparation, following uniform standards, ensuring high standards for our weddings/private parties.

 

Ideally you will come from a catering background previously in a chef role. You should have a Level 2 Food Safety certificate. It will be an advantage if you have previous experience of catering for weddings or private parties for up to 350 people daily.
