If you’re looking for a job over the summer, come and join our Group Accommodation Team. We are looking for dedicated, friendly and organised Group Assistants to join our team this summer.

If you are comfortable using a range of IT packages, have excellent communication skills and a good eye for detail you might be just the person we need.

We need organised, calm and friendly people who have great written and verbal communication and IT skills to join our busy Group Accommodation Team.

As a Groups Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• responding to email and phone enquires
• meeting and greeting arriving and departing guests
• show potential guests around the University
• provide guidance to groups to ensure they have a positive experience
• resolve any issues as they arise

The rate of pay for the role is £10.08 per hour including holiday pay.

This is a full-time role which means you will do 36.5 hours per week. This role includes morning, evening and weekend working.

You will be required to work from Monday 10 June until mid September on a flexible casual contract.
