We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Breakfast Chef to work for one of our impressive contracts; Lilleshall National Sports Centre.

Overview of the role

 

As a Breakfast chef you will be working in the main kitchen supporting a team of 5 people and be expected to be part of the team in the development of the catering services. A practical catering background with experience of working in quality kitchen environments is essential. Expectation is that you will produce food to a high standard whilst monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.

 

The successful breakfast chef will be producing a full cooked breakfast offering for the dining room servery for a dining room that typically caters from 150-300 customers per day. Furthermore, the breakfast chef will also be preparing the salad bar for the lunch time service which will consist of preparing a pre-arranged Menu and ensuring stocks are maintained.

 

Lilleshall are also looking for someone who ideally has food safety experience and whilst not essential, if you have experience of cooking in a sporting or sports centre environment, this would be a bonus.

 

Any candidates must hold a Driving Licence due to the location of Lilleshall.
