Located on Blackpool’s famous Promenade, this central Blackpool hotel boasts 274 bedrooms as well as 11 flexible meeting rooms, due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a Groups, Conference & Events Sales Executive who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining contacts with conferences, events and corporate organisations to maximise revenue.

As Groups, Conference & Events Sales Executive you will be required to;

• Maintain contact with booking agents.
• Establish direct contact with conference/event/corporate purchasing organisers/personnel.
• Negotiate rates in line with Revenue department for conference/event/corporate organisations.
• Monitor business levels.
• Conduct face to face presentations to clients.
• Attend network events and exhibitions to promote the hotel.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience of dealing with booking agents and corporate organisations is an advantage. The successful candidate must be able to develop effective relationships with clients, agents and the operational department within the hotel. Computer literacy is essential to the role.
