Logistics Manager - Milton Keynes
We have an exciting new opening for a Logistics Manager to join our HQ team, located in Milton Keynes, UK.
You will be part of our tedretail department, responsible for owning the entire logistics process of getting all developed and manufactured products to the UK, and managing the fulfilment from stock to delivery to our valued clients.
Role responsibilities
As ted‘s new Logistics Manager, you will work closely with all of our retail clients, managing the coordination of deliveries.
You will develop strong relationships with clients and provide them with excellent customer service, while working closely with our off-site warehousing partner to ensure all deliveries and order processing is completed.
You will also support with administration for the ted sampling website portal, as well managing, organising and updating relevant data.
Qualifications, skills and experience
It is essential that you have worldwide and UK logistics experience.
You must also have excellent customer service skills for this role, on top of being a strong communicator who is able to effectively manage internal and external clients.
Being commercially aware is also vital, as is the ability to use the Microsoft Office suite.
Character and attitude
You will need to be highly motivated and able to cope with pressure, tight deadlines and demanding targets.
Being methodical, accurate and organised, possessing an excellent attention to detail, is also crucial.
Relationship building is a key part of this role, so the ability to do that effectively is important, as is being able to work as part of a team.
