Team Member, 'The Little Vic' Adult Gaming Centre (slot machines)

The Grosvenor Victoria Casino is looking to recruit a Team Member for the ‘Little Vic’ Adult Gaming Centre situated on Edgware Road – must be willing to work night shifts:`- This position is focused exclusively on the electronic gaming offer.  

- Experience is not essential as full training will be provided and the focus is on customer service

- Comfortable working conditions

- Part-time position available (24 hour, 3 x 8 shifts per week)

- Additional 10% on top of hourly rate paid when working between the hours of midnight and 8:00am

- Option of hot meal on duty

- Contributory pension scheme

Key duties include:

- Ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality of customer service

- Being visible and accessible to customers

- Assisting customers with individual needs appropriately and consistently

- Preparing food and drink for customers in compliance with food hygiene regulations.

- Executing promotional activity ensuring customers receive accurate information

The successful applicant would have the following qualities:

- Customer-focused, honest, professional and a good communicator

- Experienced in a customer-facing environment

- Positive and aware of the importance of teamwork

- Flexible with regards to shift times and willing and able to work evenings, nights and weekends

- Able to speak and understand English to a good level

- Legally entitled to work in the UK
