About the Pub

We are a small but at times busy pub in the heart of Croxley Green, We are mainly sports lead, but are trying to increase our other activities such as live music and other Bespoke activities, something the right Assistant Manager can help to take the lead on. We are looking for a forward thinking, motivated individual, who can both work alone and within a small but busy team to support our GM As the Assistant Manager you will help our GM to develop the team and grow the business overall, focusing pacifically to increase food sales and customer satisfaction.
