As a Sous Chef at Loch Fyne, you’ll be responsible for creating extraordinary seafood dishes in an exciting, fast-paced kitchen. You’ll handle fresh food with confidence and provide continued support to the Head Chef in leading the kitchen. Working as a team, you’ll create outstanding food, taking pride in your work whilst still being able to complete orders at a fast pace.
You’ll be a team player who always shows dedication and passion for the job. Working alongside the rest of our kitchen team, you’ll have extraordinary attention to detail and be comfortable communicating challenges to the rest of the team. You’ll have experience working in the hospitality industry and ideally in a fresh-food restaurant.
