This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sports Centre. In this newly created role you will manage the swim school and co-ordinate a range of other activities that we offer. If you are passionate about swimming, customer service and have administrative skills then this will be an ideal role for you.

About us

The Sennocke Centre is a multi-million pound sports venue at Sevenoaks School.  It is complemented by outlying pitches and hard courts, athletics track, astro pitches and pavilions. The facilities are built and maintained to the highest specification, enabling athletes and players to maximise their performance whilst actively reducing impact on the body and limiting injury. For this reason we have been recognised for providing excellent training and High Performance facilities.

About the role

The purpose of the role is to manage all aspects of our existing community ‘junior learn to swim’ programme to ensure we continue to meet our customer expectations.  There is also scope to expand the swim school and incorporate a wider offering of recreational activities to our junior & adult members.

We are seeking a person with excellent interpersonal skills with a fundamental understanding of sales, marketing, customer service & financial principles.   Excellent communication skills are necessary as you will often be the first point of contact for customers.

The role will ensure smooth timetable planning and execution and will maximise the re-enrolment process. As well as co-ordinating activities, we are looking for someone who will identify areas of growth and widen the range of activities that we offer.  The role will also support the launch of streamlined payment & booking processes.

Along with swimming experience, the successful candidate will possess expertise by which to review the current provision and provide recommendations to; improve customer service, strengthen brand identity, streamline processes, widen outreach offering & optimise profitability.

Key to these aims is to build trust, cooperation & collaborative rapport with all stakeholders.

In return, we offer a competitive salary plus a range of benefits including Pension, cycle to work scheme, free lunch, free car parking, use of facilities and more.

If you feel your experience matches this role, apply now through our website.
