Floor Manager - The Hoxton, Holborn

We’re looking for a Floor Manager who is all about creating the perfect guest experience to join us at Hubbard & Bell, our all-day neighbourhood restaurant, café and bar in The Hoxton, Holborn

Just a stone’s throw away from the West End, our open kitchen serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and a killer brunch on the weekends, while our open lobby café and bar are popular hang outs throughout the week; serving the best coffee by day and kicking cocktails, well, whenever you happen to fancy one. We turn the atmosphere up a notch (or two!) Thursday to Saturday with live DJs who provide a backdrop of solid sounds to complete The Hoxton experience.

What you’ll do…

  • Support with running a fun, slick and fast-paced restaurant, day and night alongside our Restaurant Managers
  • Develop and support the floor team, by encouraging The Hoxton family vibe always
  • Know your product and systems inside out
  • Deliver a fantastic guest experience
  • Drive service standards through the team – strive for the best for the guest

What we’re looking for…

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a busy Front of House restaurant operation
  • Genuine passion for what you to, you can inspire those around and are a natural at training and leading your team
  • You’re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable guest experience
  • You’re not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get shit done
  • You’re up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once
  • If we got stuck in a lift together we’d have a good time and share a few laughs
  • You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way
