We have an exciting opportunity for Therapists to join our team in The Forest of Wellbeing Spa at Bicester Hotel Golf and Spa to help us expand our appointment diary, allowing us to maximise the guest experience. Our philosophy is to deliver quality to its guests! With this in mind, we have a learning and development process to develop all employees to assist them. The process ensures our employees meet their individual and the company need, including internal and internationally recognised qualifications.

Set in 134 Acres of stunning Oxfordshire countryside, surrounded by 11 Lakes, Bicester Hotel is an established 4-star family owned business. The Hotel offers 52 rooms, 2 restaurants, 3 bars, 24hr room service, 7 function rooms, a Health Club and Spa facilities, and is surrounded by an 18 Hole Golf course. The Payne family are keen to welcome all new employees to the business and see the team as one big family, all delivering to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role:

• Using a range of top products including Vita Liberata, Germaine de Capuccini and Jessica we deliver an extensive range of treatments.
• We are looking for qualified therapists with experience working in a similar environment to join a busy team to ensure they meet the needs of our guests, whilst ensuring a sensible diary for each therapist.
• We are looking for enthusiastic and professional individuals with excellent customer service skills. Full product and service training will be provided as part of your induction.

Requirements:

• Practical experience as a therapist
• NVQ Level 2 minimum
• NVQ Level 3 an advantage
• Previous Spa/Salon experience
• High standard of personal appearance
• Pro-active approach to work duties
• Confident manner and good team player
• Flexible and able to cover reception duties as and when required
• CACI and Skin Breeze, Lava Shells, Germaine de Capuccini, Vita Liberate and Jessica Trained (Desirable)
