New opportunity not to be missed! Purplebricks has a unique opportunity available for a Sales Negotiator to join the team in Shirley, West Midlands. The role is a full time, permanent position offering a salary of £17,150 per annum plus excellent benefits and OTE of £25,000 per annum.

You will be part of a team dedicated to enhancing the customer journey by providing an extra layer of support and increasing the saleability of their properties. You will be focused on assisting, facilitating our vendor’s needs, managing client’s expectations as well as working to exceed individual and team targets.

What are the responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator?

Pro-actively carry out full marketing review on stock that hasn’t had desired activity with the aim of generating more interest

Realistically manage client expectations

Amend live adverts and giving expert advice on marketing strategies to improve the saleability of our vendors properties.

Provide excellent solutions to in situations involving the new and unexpected.

Responsibly cultivate meaningful inter-personal relationships with both vendors and other team members

Respond promptly and effectively to customer calls

To use our in-house software systems whilst engaging in client support calls

To exceed monthly performance targets by maximising business opportunities across a range of customer channels

Cross-sell and up-sell the full range of Purplebricks Services

What do we look for in a Sales Negotiator?

Previous experience of working within an estate agency is required. Ideally a candidate that has worked for 1+ years as a sales or senior sales negotiator, desirable but not essential

Previous experience dealing with; Marketing strategies to help maximize activity on all properties, customer expectations, providing excellent solutions to any problems that may arise

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required, alongside showing a good level of IT skills and a general understanding of both Microsoft, Excel and Word.
