As an Inbound Call Centre Advisor located at our head office in Shirley, Solihull, you will be responsible for taking all inbound calls, focusing on first call resolution. You will promote Purplebricks and provide expert knowledge to our customers and be that helping hand throughout their journey of buying and selling a property. This will include helping customers in booking in their valuation appointments and first viewings, all the way through to guiding them through the exciting time of making an offer!

This exciting new Inbound Call Centre Advisor  role within our Inbound Team will give you the opportunity to not only provide our customers with brilliant customer service but also to build your own fantastic career with us too!

To be one of our Inbound Call Centre Advisors you will need to:
