Senior Operations Manager - London

We’re on a mission to reinvent mini golf and leisure experiences in the UK. Our first family friendly but not family-only indoor mini golf attraction, Treetop Adventure Golf, opened at St David’s shopping centre in Cardiff in 2015. We opened our second site, in city-centre Manchester, in 2018 and we’re expanding to open at Highcross shopping centre, Leicester in June 2019. We have a fantastic pipeline of sites and are positioned for growth.

We’re recruiting for a Senior Operations Manager to join our experienced central team. We’re looking for someone who has a hospitality or leisure operations background and wants a varied role and exciting opportunity. We plan for the Senior Operations Manager position to expand further in the future and would like someone who will grow and develop with the business.

Our Senior Operations Manager will report directly to the CEO and be an integral part of a central team of 5 to 10 and a Company team of 60 to 80 people. They will drive our site level operations in all aspects.

We set ourselves extremely high standards across all areas to ensure that we deliver consistently outstanding guest experiences. We use creativity and innovation, combined with a dedication to our guests and an obsession with details to differentiate ourselves from the rest of the industry.

Our priority is to hire a central support team with employees who are focused on getting things done in a collaborative, supportive and flexible work environment.
